With nearly 25 years of experience working in Media Sales & Technology across Print, Broadcast, Digital, Cable Networks, and MSO’s, Mike Zinsmeister leads our Global Sales Efforts. Prior to FilmTrack, Mike spent 17 years at WideOrbit where he led sales as CRO and contributed to their significant growth through new products, markets, and organizational scalability. His experience in Sales Leadership consists of positions for Clear Channel, (now iHeart) Encoda Systems, (now Imagine Communications) WideOrbit, and Workday. Mike grew up on the coast of Oregon and lives in Asheville, NC with his family.
Wagner grew up in Brazil, where he earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and moved to Austin, TX in 2006. He has over fifteen years of experience in leading digital transformation implementations, with a strong delivery background and experience in running multi/interdisciplinary technology engagements, with a track record of balancing delivery needs with business reality, aligned with profit growth, resources optimization, sales and delivery harmonization, and client base strengthening.Wagner has experience with a variety of industries, such as automotive, technology, retail, materials, electronics, chemical, and energy. He also has deep experience in delivering integration and digital experience solutions for large customers such as PepsiCo, Costco, The Home Depot, BASF, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.When he’s not at work, Wagner enjoys spending time with his family and wife of 31 years, serving at his local church, cooking, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and riding anything with speed!
Nichole is a technology leader and strategist with a unique blend of strengths in process optimization, enterprise architecture, software development, and managing enterprise applications that drive and support enterprise initiatives with bottom-line impact. Prior to joining FilmTrack, Nichole held leadership and strategic roles at Activision, DreamWorks Animation, and Miramax. As Senior Vice President of Operations she is responsible for Security Compliance, Infrastructure operations for hardware and software applications, Customer Support, and Vendor management. Nichole attended the University of California, Los Angeles and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a Specialization in Computing.
Cindy brings her unique perspective to finance - especially as it pertains to software companies that serve the distinctive needs of the Entertainment industry. She combines the requisite professionalism of the finance industry with a hands-on approach that fosters the collaborative relationships that help our media and entertainment clients thrive. Cindy oversees all things finance and accounting including contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, reporting, accounts, and more. Cindy joined FilmTrack when Jaguar Consulting was acquired in 2014 where she was the Chief Financial Officer. Cindy graduated with honors earning a degree in Finance from Azusa Pacific University.
Sam has over 17 years of experience in technology consulting, development, and delivery. As the SVP of Product Management, Sam is responsible for the vision and execution of FilmTrack’s software solutions, analyzing current and future product performance, and driving efficiency. Since joining the team in 2013, he has played an instrumental role in leading key enterprise implementations, helping to drive client satisfaction and sales enablement efforts. Prior to joining FilmTrack, he worked as a full-time technology and finance consultant in the media and entertainment sector. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
Over the course of his 17-year career at FilmTrack, Thomas has played a strategic role in developing and executing the company's business and technology strategies. As the CTO, Thomas is responsible for leading the technology vision and roadmap, addressing business demands, and driving continuous innovation. A software developer from an early age, he's specialized in complex line-of-business systems. After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics and Mathematics, he was tasked with designing and building a sales pipeline management tool for a Fortune 500 company. Since then, he's built everything from ticket reservation systems to health insurance quoting and underwriting systems. Thomas is active in the development community and is a regular contributor to numerous technical sites.
Since co-founding the company in the late 90s, Stephen has been an instrumental asset in establishing FilmTrack’s identity, value, and recognition in the media & entertainment industry. As the president of the company, he is responsible for customer satisfaction, support, and management in both daily operations and during global industry market events. Stephen’s relationships with the FilmTrack customer base has provided him with in-depth insight into international content distribution, which has allowed the company to build scalable IP management and distribution solutions. Prior to FilmTrack, Stephen spent many years in international business as the owner and president of Peak Experience, a New York-based adventure travel company.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience working with enterprise software, services, and hardware companies. As COO, he is responsible for business continuity across the company with a focus on driving sustainable growth and operational efficiencies. Prior to joining FilmTrack, Michael was the EVP of Sales and Marketing for Fastpay, where he led the growth of the company’s portfolio from $500M to over $1.6B. Earlier in his career he held management and executive management roles at Velocify (Acquired by Ellie May), Ascendant Technology (acquired by Avnet), FileNet (acquired by IBM), and Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle). Michael attended the University of Dayton where he received a Double Major in Communications and English with a Minor in Marketing. He also completed studies in British Mass Media and Communications at the University of London.
A New York native and lifelong computer engineer, Jason is a leading expert in rights and content management solutions for the media & entertainment sector. Jason co-founded FilmTrack in the late 90s after being asked to design contract administration software for some of the oldest and most respected names in international film distribution. Since its inception, he has evolved the company into an extensive ecosystem that encompasses content creation, distribution, rights management, and monetization. As the CEO and company visionary, Jason is responsible for orchestrating the strategic development of FilmTrack products and solutions. Prior to FilmTrack, Jason built his own successful software consulting business while also appearing in films and television programs; he also sold film and TV pilot scripts to DreamWorks, Fox, NBC, and Paramount. Jason obtained a degree in Film and Theater from Vassar College.
