User Representations & Restrictions on Site Use

Site users represent and warrant that any and all personal information provided to FilmTrack has been collected with the relevant individual’s consent, and that relevant individuals are informed of FilmTrack’s Privacy Policy, the purpose for which that information was collected, and that information was provided to FilmTrack for the purposes of use in relation to the Services. Information Submitted Via the Site

Users should not submit confidential or proprietary information via the site as FilmTrack shall own all right, title and interest in and to any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided via site submission. Users may provide information (such as name, contact information, or other registration information) to FilmTrack via site submission which may then be used by FilmTrack to tailor its presentations the User, direct movement through the site, or to communicate with the User outside FilmTrack.com. However, Personal Information submitted through the site will not be shared, sold, or rented to Third Parties outside of those such as email service providers and/or others which may perform work for FilmTrack under obligation of confidentiality.

Any third party trademark, logo, name and or designation represented on this website may be the property of FilmTrack’s respective client’s or partner organizations. Users are not authorized to use any of these designations in any advertising, publicity or any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of FilmTrack (or client or partner organization where applicable).

FilmTrack makes no representations with regard to partner or client websites which you may access via this site. FilmTrack exerts no control over and bears no responsibility for the content on the linked sites.

Local Laws and Export Control

FilmTrack is a California corporation operating according to U.S. law, and as such site users shall comply with the U.S. export laws and regulations. However, site data may not be appropriate for use in other jurisdictions. Users outside the U.S. shall be responsible for following the applicable export/import control laws and all applicable local laws.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by California law and controlling United States federal law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction, and any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with site use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
